About Our WhatsApp Communications

CareBridge Connect (Pty) Ltd uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to send service notifications, care reports, and operational messages to registered users and their designated contacts.

We only send WhatsApp messages where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as the performance of a service contract or your explicit opt-in consent.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:

1

Reply STOP

Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message you receive from CareBridge Connect. We will process your opt-out within 24 hours.

2

Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "WhatsApp Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to remove.

3

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once your opt-out is processed (within 24 hours of request), we will no longer send WhatsApp messages to your number. Please note:

  • Opting out of WhatsApp messages does not cancel your service account or subscription.
  • Critical service notifications (e.g. security alerts) may still be delivered via email.
  • You may opt back in at any time by contacting us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service plan and usage. If you feel you are receiving more messages than expected, please contact us and we will review our notification settings for your account.
